Ask before you walk.

Snap the pile. The app reads the labels. Anyone on the crew asks where something is and gets the spot, the photo, and when it was last seen.

Works on any phone from one link. No app store, no scanning guns, no check-out sheets.

Inside a job-site Conex: wire spools on a cart, shelves of fittings boxes
Dozens of light fixture boxes for one job stacked on floor protection

The hour nobody budgets for.

Deliveries land in three places. A phase flip moves every pile. Four foremen each remember a different slice. So the crew walks, asks around, and sometimes reorders what is already on site.

35%of the work week goes to non-productive work like hunting for information, in a survey of about 600 construction pros.1
40%of a crew's day went to fetching materials from storage across the building in one measured video study.2
25–35%value-adding time, measured with location tags on seven job sites.2

Three moves. Nobody changes how they work.

One or two foremen snap. Everyone else just asks the question they were already going to shout across the site.

Snap the pile

A wide shot with the label in frame. Tape and a fat Sharpie work on day one. QR placards on the Conex and gang boxes when you want them.

It reads the pile

The app lists what it sees and reads the box labels: fixture types, catalog numbers, EM or normal, indoor or outdoor. Spec mix-ups get caught before the walk.

Anyone asks

"Seen any 3/4 EMT connectors?" The answer comes back with the spot, the photo, and the time. Honest when it is not sure.

Made for the Conex, not the office.

No signal? Keep snapping.Photos wait on the phone and upload when you are back in range.
Cleanups don't erase anything.Stuff that drops out of a newer photo is marked buried, with when it was last seen. It is still findable.
One link to join.Text the crew link to the group chat or tape the QR poster to the trailer door. No passwords for the crew.
Running low, flagged early. The crew flags it in two taps. The 4:30 "Where's What" summary lists every flag so it gets ordered before it stops work.
Phase moves are one entry."RM 214 to RM 108" moves everything logged there. Snap it in its new home when you get a second.
Private to your company.Only people on your account see your photos. Problems or ideas go straight to the builders through the feedback button.

Questions crews ask.

Does the crew have to install anything?

No. They tap the crew link, type their name, and they are in. Adding it to the home screen makes it open like an app.

What if there's no signal in the Conex?

Photos are saved on the phone first and upload on their own when the signal comes back. The app also opens with the last list it loaded.

What if it reads a label wrong?

Every answer shows the photo it came from and when it was taken, so you can check with your own eyes. Anyone can fix an item in two taps.

Who can see our photos?

Only people on your company account. Photos are stored privately and are not shared with other customers.

Can the crew text it instead?

Yes. Each job site can get its own text line: text a photo with the spot name, or text a question and get the answer back.

Is it only for electricians?

It started with an electrical crew on a bank remodel, but it works the same for GCs, plumbing, HVAC, framing and anyone with stuff spread across a site.

What happens after the trial?

$199 per active job site per month, billed through Stripe. If you do nothing, snapping pauses and search keeps working.
