What we collect
- Account details: names, emails, phone numbers and company name you give us.
- What your team adds: photos, notes, spot names, and the lists made from photos.
- Usage needed to run the service: sign-in sessions, which questions were asked, error reports and feedback you send.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
Only to run the service for your account: store and show your photos, list what is in them, answer your team's questions, send the daily summary you turn on, and fix problems. We do not sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to host the app, store data and photos, process payments, and (when turned on) read photos with an AI model and send texts or emails. They process data only on our behalf.
Text messages (SMS/MMS)
If your job site has a text line, crew members who text it give us their mobile number, their messages and any photos they send. We use them only to file photos and answer questions for that job site, and to send the replies the crew member asked for. We only reply to messages a crew member sends; we never send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Texts are delivered through our messaging provider on our behalf only.
Photo privacy
Photos are private to your company account. Photo files are not publicly listed; links shared in texts or emails expire.
Your choices
Account admins can remove people and delete photos. Ask us for an export or deletion of your account data at jesse.adams@corcom.io.
