Terms of service

Last updated October 16, 2026. These terms are between you (and the company you sign up for) and CORCOM Inc. ("we"), which runs Where's My Stuff.

The service

Where's My Stuff stores photos and notes your team takes of materials and tools, lists what appears in them, and answers questions about where things were last seen. Answers come from your team's photos and may be wrong or out of date. Check the photo and the time before you rely on an answer, especially for safety-critical or code-required items.

Your account

Billing

After the free trial, plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (per active job site for job-site plans). You can cancel any time from the billing page; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are not refunded for partial months unless the law requires it. If payment fails, you can still view and search, but new photos may pause until billing is fixed.

Your data

Your photos, notes and lists belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you, keep it working, and fix problems. See the privacy notice. If you cancel, ask us within 60 days for an export or deletion.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the date above. Questions: jesse.adams@corcom.io, CORCOM Inc., Reno, Nevada.
